OUR MINISTRIES
Victory Cathedral is a church for all nations, located in Hartford, Connecticut. Victory Cathedral is dedicated to empowering believers through teaching, preaching, and demonstration of the uncompromisable Word of God, to fulfill their highest calling and change this world through Jesus Christ.
Clergy
We have Elders, Prophets and Ministers that work along side our Bishop who serve in many different capacities.

Community outreach ministry
We at Victory Cathedral are excited about reaching out to the community and sharing with them. We have been dedicated to feeding the homeless and the working poor every 1st Sunday with one of our !st Sunday meals and this has been a growing effort and we solicit your help in this endeavor.
Youth ministry
Our youth at Victory Cathedral are cared for and cultivated in worship in Noah's Ark, our childrens church by our youth pastor, Pastor April Gray-Pamphile.
Music ministry
If you want to hear good, uplifting, soul stirring and inspirational music Victory Cathedral is the place to be. Our Music Ministry is headed by our Minister of Music, Minister Maurice Bailem. Our choir The Voices of Victory rehearse weekly and invite anyone with an energetic upbeat love for music and a heart to deliver it to the people of God should make themselves available.
Culinary Ministry
We have a kitchen staff who is dedicated to preparing and serving our congregation for various events as well as our 1st Sunday meals.
